Katelyn curates fun exhibits and artist and author festivals throughout the year. This includes individual art shows, book launches and Brush & Pen: Festival of Artists and Authors. As the creator of Magnetic Business Women Networking, a very popular networking group in the Twin Cities, Katelyn hosted over 200 live events.
Katelyn is heaven bent on championing artists and writers by curating art-filled, fun events for artists and authors to show and sell there work and expand their reach in the community. No more starving artists or authors!!!
Brush & Pen 2018 took place at Blue Harbor Center for the Arts on Saint Paul's West Side. This year our Holiday Festival will take place at Squirrel Haus Gallery in the Longfellow neighborhood of Minneapolis. We will be using the entire first floor of the gallery. This is an intimate venue that will comfortably hold about 36 individual vendors who are authors and artists. Katelyn curates each show to make sure there is a diverse varity of artists and authors. Vendors are chosen by invitation. There are no crafts in this show. Space in this show fills up fast.
All the events are in the spirit of fun, creative expression, to showcase local artist and bringing community together.

Join 36 talented local artists and authors for an awesome, fun day of discovering and sharing in a creative community at this holiday show and sale.
We have gathered amazing local talent for this event. Some have national and international recognition, some have large local followings and all are fabulously creative people. We are coming together to send a ripple of creativity out into the Twin Cities and beyond.
This is a curated festival with diverse art forms and writing.
